The Senior Technical Product Manager will define product vision and strategy, prioritize roadmap deliverables, and enhance a cloud-based platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Designs and maintains scalable, real-time data infrastructure, including ingestion, pipelines, storage, analytics, data models, APIs, and observability. Develops AI-powered workflows and integrates AI services into cloud-native SaaS products. Owns features through production, ensures data quality and reliability, collaborates with cross-functional engineering and product teams, and supports production-scale systems using streaming, cloud, containerization, and relational database technologies.

Ensure reliability, scalability, and observability of CloudBlue multi-tenant SaaS platforms. Define SLIs/SLOs, design high-availability architectures, implement monitoring and alerting, automate operations, lead incident response and postmortems, optimize performance and capacity, and improve Kubernetes platform resilience and deployment safety.

Own and optimize customer CloudBlue environments and service delivery: monitor performance, manage incidents/changes/escalations, ensure SLA compliance, provide proactive technical guidance, conduct reviews, guide upgrades/releases, maintain documentation, collaborate with internal teams, and support team development while being on-call for critical issues.

Operate and configure the CloudBlue commerce platform: onboard partners, manage catalogs, subscriptions, pricing, integrations, and troubleshoot platform issues. Build/maintain automation and scripts (Python/PowerShell/Bash), support API integrations and testing, keep systems in sync across billing/provisioning/CRM, create documentation, and improve operational processes using automation and AI tools.

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll serve as a technical liaison, gathering requirements, supporting integrations, and collaborating with different teams to ensure successful implementation and onboarding.
