Partner with SEO, content, web development, leadership, agencies, and vendors to improve acquisition, awareness, and revenue. Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, marketing automation, CRM systems, and AI workflows to analyze performance and optimize campaigns.

Own procurement and commercial insurance operations across a remote, multi-brand organization. Manage vendor and policy renewals, negotiate agreements, review commercial and risk terms, maintain records, coordinate brokers and carriers, and provide Finance with visibility into costs, savings, coverage, and risks. Partner with Accounting, Legal, Security, and stakeholders on purchasing controls, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements, including practical use of AI tools.

Leads SEO strategy and hands-on execution across multiple brands, covering technical, on-page, off-page, AEO, analytics, reporting, content optimization, and competitive research. Partners with engineering, content, product, design, paid search, and brand teams to improve organic visibility, conversions, revenue attribution, and AI search presence. Builds dashboards, manages SEO priorities, evaluates tools, and provides strategic recommendations to leadership.

Provides technical customer support for web hosting, websites, email, DNS, and WordPress through phone, email tickets, and live chat. Troubleshoots advanced technical issues, explains web technologies clearly, handles callbacks, escalates sales and billing inquiries, and maintains high customer satisfaction. The role requires English and Spanish communication skills, strong troubleshooting ability, and technical support or helpdesk experience.

Ensure data quality, reliability, performance, testing, and production SLOs while collaborating with cross-functional engineering and product teams in a distributed environment.

Provide end-to-end technical support for CloudBlue’s cloud-commerce platform. Investigate incidents, troubleshoot Linux, networking, database, API, and hosting issues, identify root causes, and resolve tickets within SLAs. Document solutions, create knowledge-base content, communicate with customers, and collaborate with developers, account managers, and product teams. The role requires independent workload management, strong technical communication, and continuous learning.

Define CloudBlue’s product vision, strategy, roadmap, and requirements while translating customer and market needs into scalable cloud-commerce solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional and customer-facing teams on delivery, adoption, and go-to-market execution. Evaluate AI-driven capabilities and emerging technologies within a microservices-based SaaS platform, leveraging knowledge of APIs, cloud infrastructure, software development, and complex enterprise domains such as billing, BSS, ERP, finance, and eCommerce.

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll serve as a technical liaison, gathering requirements, supporting integrations, and collaborating with different teams to ensure successful implementation and onboarding.
