Own the full lifecycle of strategic commerce-platform integrations, including business cases, ROI analysis, roadmaps, API prototyping, requirements, delivery, launch, adoption, and optimization. Collaborate with engineering, customers, vendors, sales, and support while using AI-assisted workflows. Evaluate vendor APIs, create technical documentation and prototypes, track Agile delivery, and measure integrations against adoption, reliability, and ROI goals.

Drive new business and recurring account growth through outbound prospecting, consultative discovery, and technology solution recommendations. Manage leads, upgrades, deal stages, forecasts, and customer notes in the CRM. Research technology-focused prospects, coordinate migrations and technical handoffs, and collaborate with customer experience, support, and marketing teams. The role requires explaining hosting and infrastructure solutions, maintaining an outbound cadence, and supporting clients across relevant time zones.

Manage full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles and multiple countries, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and handover. Partner with hiring managers, assess candidates, coordinate interviews across time zones, maintain applicant tracking records, monitor recruiting metrics, and improve workflows. Use AI responsibly to support sourcing and administration while protecting candidate information.
