Designs and maintains scalable, real-time data infrastructure, including ingestion, pipelines, storage, analytics, data models, APIs, and observability. Develops AI-powered workflows and integrates AI services into cloud-native SaaS products. Owns features through production, ensures data quality and reliability, collaborates with cross-functional engineering and product teams, and supports production-scale systems using streaming, cloud, containerization, and relational database technologies.

Manage and improve customer environments for CloudBlue customers, own service delivery and SLAs, lead incident/change/problem management, coordinate upgrades and reviews, act as senior technical advisor, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure platform performance and customer satisfaction.

Ensure reliability, scalability, and observability of CloudBlue multi-tenant SaaS platforms. Define SLIs/SLOs, design high-availability architectures, implement monitoring and alerting, automate operations, lead incident response and postmortems, optimize performance and capacity, and improve Kubernetes platform resilience and deployment safety.
