Thesis project focused on developing a standardized framework for safely and efficiently integrating Autonomous Mobile Robots into production environments. Responsibilities include assessing AMR interfaces and safety functions, standardizing operating areas, charging stations, and fire-safety solutions, and identifying reusable automation infrastructure. Expected deliverables include safety and integration assessments, implementation guidelines, and best practices supporting scalable AMR deployment across manufacturing facilities.

Manage and apply the functional safety process for powertrain systems, perform risk analysis, issue safety opinions at project milestones, define and maintain safety plans and compliance matrices, set supplier safety requirements, validate degraded modes and tests, and prepare safety reports and risk demonstration dossiers.

Represent testing in new project meetings, translate product validation needs into test requirements, define regulatory test methods, specify measurement and interface equipment, create validation plans and workload projections, hand over to industrialization teams, and report testing readiness to management.

Designs powertrain components and assemblies from technical specifications, including 3D proposals, drawings, tolerance stack-ups, and functional GD&T. Validates internal and supplier drawings and proposals for assembly and fit, supports project planning and quality, and applies engineering standards. Requires knowledge of CATIA, manufacturing processes, powertrain systems, and assembly design, plus a master's degree in industrial, mechanical, or design engineering.

Supports SAP and IS/IT services by translating supply chain needs into IT contributions, assisting product owners, maintaining computers and mobile equipment, generating system reports, managing application access rights, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating between the Romanian and corporate IS/IT teams. The role also contributes to infrastructure support, customer satisfaction, and continuous service improvement.

Owns global supplier lifecycle and strategic category panel management, including supplier onboarding, qualification, segmentation, performance, development, exit, and optimization. Defines procurement governance, policies, KPIs, and roadmaps while driving supplier competitiveness, resilience, innovation, sustainability, analytics, digital tools, transformation, and change management across global stakeholders.

Lead the Human Resources strategy across Argentina, Chile, and Brazil. The role focuses on workforce planning, organizational design, restructuring, change management, industrial and union relations, succession planning, talent development, and strategic recruitment. The director will advise senior leaders, align regional HR priorities with global strategy, manage complex employee relations, and lead the LATAM HR team across a multinational manufacturing environment.

Leads supplier and business partner financial risk assessments, identifies distress and insolvency indicators, and manages crisis responses. Develops market intelligence frameworks, monitors macroeconomic and geopolitical factors, builds risk scenarios and mitigation plans, and advises senior leadership on strategic sourcing, business continuity, and restructuring decisions.

Manage full lifecycle cost for engine and transmission programs: set and track subsystem cost targets, monitor performance, analyze variances, lead cross-functional cost optimization, implement cost control processes and Design-to-Cost/VAVE, maintain cost database, and provide actionable insights.
