Define system roadmap, translate stakeholder requirements into component and software specs, lead sizing, validation (MIL/SIL/HIL), manage risk and functional safety, ensure cross-organ consistency and integration, and oversee system procedures and standards (FMEA, HARA, ISO processes).

Lead and maintain functional safety activities for electrified powertrain projects: define safety plan, safety case, HARA/ASIL, manage audits, supplier compliance, validation tests, tools (DOORS/Polarion), and train teams to ensure ISO 26262 compliance.

Support global PMO activities for new business and advanced engineering projects: manage project governance across lifecycle, ensure data alignment across Technology/Finance/Sales, coordinate workload planning and forecasting, oversee project line creation/modification/closure, identify/manage workload-related risks and opportunities, support budgeting/forecasting/invoicing, and prepare dashboards and project committee reviews.

Lead SAP functional analysis and solution design for S/4HANA modules. Gather and translate business requirements, map AS‑IS processes, support full project lifecycle (blueprint to support), run testing (SIT/UAT), document configurations, and manage stakeholders across finance, supply chain, production and engineering.

Student internship supporting IS/IT operations: assist with solution selection, hardware/software procurement, documentation, reporting, second-level technical support, system monitoring, and customer support during product definition. Promote agile practices and work in an international, cross-functional environment.

5-month internship to develop frontend and backend components of a rapid prototyping tool using MATLAB. Responsibilities include MATLAB application development, debugging, documenting, and creating user guides while receiving mentorship from automotive software engineers.

Lead and manage new powertrain development projects, support engineering in customer engagements, produce QCT quotations, report project status to Global Director and CTO, and supervise multiple Project Leaders to drive cross-functional alignment and delivery.

Support the Chief Strategy Officer and VP of M&A with partner mapping, market and competitive research, synergy assessment, and preparation of executive presentations and one-pagers for M&A and partnership activities.

Lead design, build, test and deploy SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling solutions; act as SME and liaison between business, system integrator and IT; run Fit-to-Standard workshops, configuration, WRICEF validation, data migration, interfaces, testing, cutover, go-live and stabilization; support post-go-live operations and continuous improvement.

Coordinate and track ESG initiatives and action plans, collect and consolidate sustainability data, maintain trackers and documentation, support ESG reporting and dashboards, organize meetings and follow-up, identify data gaps and escalate issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with ESG strategy.
