Lead and govern the global HR strategic portfolio and CHRO Office: prioritize initiatives, establish PMO standards, monitor programme delivery, manage risks and budgets, prepare executive and board-ready communications, run governance forums, drive HR integration and harmonization, and deliver people-analytics dashboards to translate HR data into strategic insights while influencing stakeholders across a global organization.

Represent testing in new project meetings, translate product validation needs into test requirements, define regulatory test methods, specify measurement and interface equipment, create validation plans and workload projections, hand over to industrialization teams, and report testing readiness to management.

Lead SAP S/4HANA planning activities (EDIS, MRP, PPDS): gather and prioritize manufacturing requirements, design/configure solutions, validate integrator deliveries, resolve complex incidents, coordinate IT/Data/Supply Chain, and support testing, go‑live and hypercare.

Lead industrialization of externally sourced parts, perform supplier risk assessments and audits, drive supplier performance and corrective actions, manage ANPQP processes and non-conformities, and participate in cross-functional governance to ensure supplier quality and project timelines.

Manage and apply the functional safety process for powertrain systems, perform risk analysis, issue safety opinions at project milestones, define and maintain safety plans and compliance matrices, set supplier safety requirements, validate degraded modes and tests, and prepare safety reports and risk demonstration dossiers.

Designs powertrain components and assemblies from technical specifications, including 3D proposals, drawings, tolerance stack-ups, and functional GD&T. Validates internal and supplier drawings and proposals for assembly and fit, supports project planning and quality, and applies engineering standards. Requires knowledge of CATIA, manufacturing processes, powertrain systems, and assembly design, plus a master's degree in industrial, mechanical, or design engineering.

Lead battery-system development for hybrid powertrains across lifecycle from innovation to mass production and aftersales. Define system roadmap, translate stakeholder requirements into component and software specs, lead sizing, validation (MIL/SIL/HIL), manage risk and functional safety, ensure cross-organ consistency and integration, and oversee system procedures and standards (FMEA, HARA, ISO processes).

Lead the global Learning & Development function: develop and execute L&D strategy, own the LMS and learning catalogue, design end-to-end learning journeys, run skills-gap analyses, build global programs, establish governance, partner with providers, and monitor learning effectiveness and compliance.

Lead delivery of new powertrain R&D projects, manage QCT/QCD objectives, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, scope and quote projects, monitor risks/budgets/suppliers, ensure compliance and safety, develop project leaders, and drive innovation with external partners.

Lead delivery of SAP HR and Payroll solutions across multi-country environments, ensure payroll compliance, configure systems, engage stakeholders, and provide project leadership. Collaborate with international teams; occasional travel to other sites.

Manage full lifecycle cost for engine and transmission programs: set and track subsystem cost targets, monitor performance, analyze variances, lead cross-functional cost optimization, implement cost control processes and Design-to-Cost/VAVE, maintain cost database, and provide actionable insights.

Lead and build U.S. manufacturing operations including production, supply chain, and quality. Drive plant launch, operational excellence, P&L, budgets, capex, and continuous improvement while aligning regional execution with global standards and ensuring regulatory and customer quality compliance.

Lead and maintain functional safety activities for electrified powertrain projects: define safety plan, safety case, HARA/ASIL, manage audits, supplier compliance, validation tests, tools (DOORS/Polarion), and train teams to ensure ISO 26262 compliance.

Lead IS strategy, design, deployment, and continuous improvement of Manufacturing Production Forecast systems. Align IS solutions with Manufacturing and Supply Chain, manage ERP (SAP) deployments and migrations, establish data governance and analytics, oversee projects, manage risks and stakeholders, and drive operational KPIs and continuous improvement.

Lead SAP data migration activities across PP, MM and SD modules for S/4HANA implementations. Define and deliver data management strategy, map S/4HANA data models, use SAP Data Services and Migration Cockpit, engage senior stakeholders, and align migration with automotive business needs.

Lead engine development from Start of Project to Start of Production to meet quality, cost, delivery and performance targets. Manage design, development and validation of engine hardware, software and calibrations, industrialization in manufacturing, and performance metrics (fuel, emissions, drivability, NVH). Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project economics, prepare decision reports, and identify and mitigate development risks.

Lead North America commercial strategy and global OEM relationships (Ford, GM). Build pipeline, close high-value deals, scale a US sales team, align regional execution with global priorities, influence senior leaders, and drive long-term program wins and business growth.

Prepare and post monthly journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, support monthly closings and financial reporting, manage intercompany settlements, ensure GAAP/IFRS and tax compliance, assist audits, collaborate with Shared Services, and perform ad-hoc financial analysis.
