Lead global automotive market intelligence and competitive costing to inform product portfolio, pricing, and business development. Build OEM and competitor profiles, define KPIs, run quarterly reviews, and present strategic recommendations to executive leadership while partnering across product, sales, R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.

Lead US FP&A and financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, metric reporting, and business partnering. Provide insights on cost efficiency, SG&A, and margins. Build U.S. finance processes and team structure, coordinate month-end/year-end close, support audits and statutory reporting, ensure U.S. GAAP, SOX, and tax compliance, and drive financial systems integration (SAP, OneStream) and global finance transformation.

Lead manufacturing controlling across multiple plants: deploy budgeting/forecast frameworks, monitor costs and KPIs, deliver cost analysis, ensure internal controls, partner with manufacturing leaders, and develop plant controlling teams.
