Lead and coordinate engine calibration for hybrid/range extender powertrains: define requirements, build calibration roadmaps, manage convergence, budgets, supplier activities, testing, and project documentation while reporting to stakeholders.

Drive development, governance and continuous improvement of R&D processes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and audits, lead cross-functional initiatives, manage process KPIs and risk reporting, deliver training and stakeholder engagement, and enable scalable, efficient R&D ways of working.
