Responsibilities include assessing AMR interfaces and safety functions, standardizing operating areas, charging stations, and fire-safety solutions, and identifying reusable automation infrastructure. Expected deliverables include safety and integration assessments, implementation guidelines, and best practices supporting scalable AMR deployment across manufacturing facilities.

Leads teams developing diagnostic fault management and ICE system safety software. Provides technical direction, delivery ownership, engineering quality oversight, risk management, and people leadership. The role coordinates software, systems, calibration, testing, and project interfaces; represents the function in technical forums; removes execution obstacles; and supports competence growth and improved ways of working in a complex embedded automotive software environment.

Lead the Human Resources strategy across Argentina, Chile, and Brazil. The role focuses on workforce planning, organizational design, restructuring, change management, industrial and union relations, succession planning, talent development, and strategic recruitment. The director will advise senior leaders, align regional HR priorities with global strategy, manage complex employee relations, and lead the LATAM HR team across a multinational manufacturing environment.
