Manage customer product program implementation through contract manufacturing, overseeing planning, scheduling, hardware fabrication, budgets, cross-functional coordination, risk/change management, RFQ support, and ensuring on-time contractual deliveries.

Develop, optimize, and maintain SPI and AOI programs (Koh Young, TRI) for NPI and production. Analyze SPI/AOI data and SPC trends, set process limits, troubleshoot solder printing, reduce false calls, support first article inspection, investigate AOI escapes, and train technicians to improve yield and detection effectiveness.

Support PCBA manufacturing quality by developing inspection and test methods, driving corrective actions and failure analysis, ensuring process compliance, performing measurements and audits (ISO/5S), creating quality documentation and NPI/mass production reports, and liaising with suppliers and regulatory bodies.

Maintain and improve manufacturing quality processes: prepare QA documentation, run inspections and FAIs, lead corrective actions, support DRT/QIT, interface with customers/suppliers, perform audits, and guide inspectors.

Lead the global tax function managing U.S. federal, state, local, and international income tax compliance, ASC 740 tax accounting, audits, sales and use tax, and strategic tax planning. Oversee tax provisions, audit responses, indirect tax compliance, process improvements, and mentor junior tax staff while partnering with Finance, Legal, and business leaders.

Provide hands-on support for day-to-day office and facility operations: coordinate repairs, manage vendors, maintain assets and inventory, support health and safety compliance, assist with moves, and keep operational records and reports. Flexible hours and occasional after-hours support required.

Support and improve the Configure-to-Order manufacturing process: implement ECOs/DEVs, maintain SOPs and BOMs, support NPI and DFX, work with IT on SFC system, train production/QA, and assist with customer audits.

Own end-to-end product/program lifecycle to deliver business and financial results. Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, factory, support, suppliers) to manage pricing, cost analysis, production/delivery schedules, market trend analysis, customer relationships, and new business development while ensuring time-to-market and meeting deadlines.

Perform day-to-day on-premises database administration and platform service maintenance. Manage backups, recovery, performance tuning, security, and server upkeep for Windows and Linux hosts. Deploy and support Redis, MinIO, Kafka, and assist CI/CD operations while maintaining documentation and troubleshooting production issues.

The Product Engineer will provide technical guidance in new product development, prepare engineering documentation, and interface with customers on engineering issues.

Supervise a shift of debug technicians, prioritize and distribute debug workload, ensure staffing and training levels, monitor performance and compliance, participate in hiring and disciplinary actions, and coordinate with test engineers to meet daily output goals.
