Perform day-to-day general ledger accounting, accounts payable processing and reconciliations. Prepare financial reports and statements, assist monthly/yearly closings, process expense POs, manage vendor relations, resolve payment and credit issues, support audits, and produce weekly/monthly A/P reports and PWC-required reporting.

Manage end-to-end recruitment tasks: phone screens, interview scheduling, candidate tracking, and recruiting method optimization. Provide HR administrative support and complete special projects as assigned.

Own end-to-end product/program lifecycle to deliver business and financial results. Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, factory, support, suppliers) to manage pricing, cost analysis, production/delivery schedules, market trend analysis, customer relationships, and new business development while ensuring time-to-market and meeting deadlines.
