Support and improve SMT production processes: inspect PCBs and equipment, perform failure analysis, implement process improvements, lead SMT operators and technicians, monitor quality, and record data to boost yield and efficiency.

Develop, optimize, and maintain SPI and AOI programs (Koh Young, TRI) for NPI and production. Analyze SPI/AOI data and SPC trends, set process limits, troubleshoot solder printing, reduce false calls, support first article inspection, investigate AOI escapes, and train technicians to improve yield and detection effectiveness.

Support PCBA manufacturing quality by developing inspection and test methods, driving corrective actions and failure analysis, ensuring process compliance, performing measurements and audits (ISO/5S), creating quality documentation and NPI/mass production reports, and liaising with suppliers and regulatory bodies.
