Teams at Hon Hai Technology Group (Foxconn)

Manages NPI and RFQ business programs from planning through delivery, owning customer accounts and coordinating customers, factories, R&D, suppliers, sourcing, and support teams. Responsibilities include cost and quote updates, solution planning, relationship management, manufacturing cost analysis, issue resolution, production and delivery scheduling, material risk evaluation, and product development support. Requires OEM/ODM and cloud-platform business experience, strong communication and organizational skills, a bachelor’s degree, and approximately 25% travel.

Coordinates new product introductions through contract manufacturing, managing requirements, estimates, BOM verification, material readiness, testing, prototypes, mass production, risks, schedules, quality, supply chain, customer communications, and process transition to sustaining teams.

Engineering interns will support process improvement, manufacturing data analysis, process standardization, automation, and digital transformation projects at the Houston facility. They will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations teams, solve manufacturing challenges, document processes, and present findings. The internship requires full-time onsite work from May through August 2027.
