Own the product roadmap, prioritization, requirements, and feature decisions for a B2B or B2C SaaS platform. Reviews and signs off anti-money laundering controls for residential conveyancing matters, including client due diligence, identity verification, risk assessments, and source-of-funds evidence. Escalates red flags to the COLP, provides precise feedback on incomplete files, and ensures matters meet AML and regulatory requirements without delaying service.

Convert inbound and referred enquiries into conveyancing instructions, managing prospects from first contact through file opening. Build and maintain referral relationships with estate agents and mortgage brokers, issue quotes and terms, follow up persistently, and identify pitch or process improvements that increase conversion. The role is measured by enquiry-to-instruction conversion and offers progression into Account Management.

Own the day-to-day performance and growth of Homey’s automated sales progression business unit. Lead the Sales Progressor team, drive process automation and lower delivery costs, market the product to estate agents, demonstrate faster transactions, generate market awareness, and increase adoption across the property market. The role reports to senior leadership and offers a path toward broader P&L responsibility.

Build and maintain CRM, sales operations tooling, workflow automations, integrations, and reporting for Homey’s commercial teams. Automate lead routing, pipeline reporting, SLA alerts, and onboarding processes. Create self-service dashboards for ARR, pipeline, and conversion data, collaborate with the platform team, resolve integration issues, and document automations. The role requires CRM and automation-tool experience, technical integration or scripting ability, commercial awareness, and compliance-mindedness in a regulated legal-services environment.

Lead Homey’s residential conveyancing business unit, managing Pod Leads, Conveyancers, Interns, and commercial staff. Own gross profit, customer satisfaction, caseload allocation, pod performance, rework reduction, platform adoption, and day-to-day team performance. Provide product roadmap feedback and ensure the conveyancing operation runs efficiently using data, technology, and operational excellence. The role reports to senior leadership and is based in Wolverhampton with hybrid working.

Supports legal research on UK property law and conveyancing, reviews legal documents and case files, assists with compliance and due diligence checks, updates case management systems, tracks case progress, and supports internal legal and operational processes.
