Lead end-to-end product design for Homey’s UK property transaction platform across web and mobile. Own design direction, design systems, research, usability testing, high-fidelity Figma work, AI-human workflows, and collaboration with product and engineering through launch. Design complex regulated workflows including onboarding, identity checks, document uploads, case tracking, and professional dashboards. Establish design standards, critique culture, and mentor a growing design team.

Owns the discovery, design, deployment, monitoring, and optimization of workflow automations and AI agents across regulated property transaction operations. The role maps processes, builds n8n and API-based solutions, establishes human-in-the-loop controls, measures efficiency and quality improvements, trains teams, manages the automation backlog, and may mentor or lead automation analysts.

Own the end-to-end strategy, discovery, specification, prioritization, delivery, and measurement of a major product area within an AI-native UK property transactions platform. Collaborate with UK legal, mortgage, compliance, engineering, and operational teams; ensure SRA, FCA, and data protection compliance; analyze outcomes using PostHog and BigQuery; and mentor product managers and business analysts in Sri Lanka.
