Supports lawyers and the legal team by helping manage cases, communicating with clients, answering questions, providing updates, and maintaining excellent customer service. The intern will help organize client communications, contribute wherever needed, and learn about law, conveyancing, and client management in a full-time, office-based role.

Reviews and signs off residential conveyancing title and pre-exchange checklists, identifies title risks and unresolved issues, advises case-handling teams, and supports consistent quality standards. The role requires an actively practicing qualified conveyancer, solicitor, or legal executive with strong residential title experience and knowledge of Land Registry practice, SDLT, and the Law Society Conveyancing Protocol. This is a self-employed consultant position based at a Paddington office.

Manage relationships with Homey’s introducers and panel partners, maintaining referral volume and partner satisfaction. Responsibilities include account reviews, account planning, referral tracking, fee reconciliation, contract renewals, service issue resolution, and expanding existing accounts. The role requires commercial relationship management, reliable CRM administration, and collaboration with internal pod leads to retain and grow partner accounts.
