Support conveyancing team with title investigations, search reviews, drafting contract packs, completion documents, and client correspondence under supervision. Conduct AML/source-of-funds checks, assist post-completion AP1/SDLT filings, maintain case records on Homey, and perform legal research to progress toward a Conveyancer role.
