Process end-to-end payroll, maintain payroll records, ensure compliance with payroll taxes and wage laws, respond to payroll inquiries, enter financial data, assist with invoices, vendor setup, reconciliations, accounts payable backup, and other accounting or administrative tasks while protecting confidential information.

Lead and oversee daily dispatch and delivery operations for a 75-truck fleet. Develop and manage processes, direct dispatch staff, coordinate equipment scheduling, ensure DOT and company compliance, and support long-term operational planning while fostering a positive workplace.

Manage credit and collections functions to minimize bad debt and maximize cash flow. Establish credit policies, evaluate credit applications, monitor aging reports, lead collections and escalations, resolve billing disputes, negotiate payment arrangements, and manage legal actions and post-judgement processes.

Manage commercial and residential accounts and enforce credit terms. Process credit applications, collect delinquent receivables and returned checks, communicate professionally via phone/email/written correspondence, take fuel orders, and reconcile accounts. Work Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM in a fast-paced team environment.
