Manage workplace safety by conducting new-hire and refresher training, investigating accidents, administering workers' compensation, maintaining OSHA records, overseeing drive-cam program, performing inspections, updating safety policies, and coordinating safety meetings and documentation.

Process end-to-end payroll, maintain payroll records, ensure compliance with payroll taxes and wage laws, respond to payroll inquiries, enter financial data, assist with invoices, vendor setup, reconciliations, accounts payable backup, and other accounting or administrative tasks while protecting confidential information.

Manage commercial and residential accounts and enforce credit terms. Process credit applications, collect delinquent receivables and returned checks, communicate professionally via phone/email/written correspondence, take fuel orders, and reconcile accounts. Work Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM in a fast-paced team environment.
