Oversee and develop accounting operations for West Simsbury and BMW offices and AR department. Ensure internal controls, timely financial reporting, cash management, monthly operating reviews, CPA review readiness, DMS accuracy, Connecticut labor law compliance, and lead/managing office managers and AR staff.

Generate sales appointments and vehicle sales opportunities by handling incoming calls, internet/text leads, lease renewals and orphan customers. Follow CRM lead management processes, complete training, meet appointment and delivery targets, and assist Sales Management with lead provider evaluation.

Provide high-trust, proactive support to the Executive Chairman by managing personal and business priorities, including philanthropic initiatives, real estate interests, and select dealership-related activities. Coordinate schedules, projects, and confidential matters; act as an extension of the Chairman to ensure seamless handling of personal affairs and executive-level tasks.

Sell finance, lease, warranty and insurance products for new and used vehicles; process and bill deals daily; verify paperwork and customer information in the DMS; obtain lender approvals and ensure timely funding; maintain compliance and strong customer satisfaction; assist management with closings and staff direction as needed.

Maintain accounts payable and receivable schedules and filing systems: set up vendors and W-9s, match and post invoices, prepare AR statements, receive payments, reconcile statements, issue checks, assist with 1099s, and follow company policies.

Responsible for selling vehicles, maintaining customer satisfaction, tracking sales activities, and utilizing CRM systems. Requires effective communication and customer-focused approach.

The Chief Financial Officer will oversee financial operations, develop strategies, manage budgets, and direct performance measures while collaborating with the executive team.
