Sell new and pre-owned vehicles to meet gross, volume, and customer satisfaction goals. Prospect leads, manage CRM and follow-ups, track daily sales activities, perform dealership walkthroughs, deliver vehicles and demonstrate features, maintain product knowledge and CSI scores.

Oversee and develop accounting operations for West Simsbury and BMW offices and AR department. Ensure internal controls, timely financial reporting, cash management, monthly operating reviews, CPA review readiness, DMS accuracy, Connecticut labor law compliance, and lead/managing office managers and AR staff.

Provide high-trust, proactive support to the Executive Chairman by managing personal and business priorities, including philanthropic initiatives, real estate interests, and select dealership-related activities. Coordinate schedules, projects, and confidential matters; act as an extension of the Chairman to ensure seamless handling of personal affairs and executive-level tasks.

Sell new and pre-owned vehicles to meet gross, volume, and customer satisfaction targets. Prospect, manage CRM activities, conduct test drives and deliveries, demonstrate vehicle features, maintain CSI scores, and follow up with customers to drive repeat and referral business.

Maintain accounts payable and receivable schedules and filing systems: set up vendors and W-9s, match and post invoices, prepare AR statements, receive payments, reconcile statements, issue checks, assist with 1099s, and follow company policies.

The Chief Financial Officer will oversee financial operations, develop strategies, manage budgets, and direct performance measures while collaborating with the executive team.

Manage dealership service loaner fleet: verify and maintain borrower documentation, provide availability to schedulers, ensure vehicles are cleaned, fueled, inspected, and maintenance needs documented and completed, and return signed loaner contracts to customers.
