Provide high-trust, proactive support to the Executive Chairman by managing personal and business priorities, including philanthropic initiatives, real estate interests, and select dealership-related activities. Coordinate schedules, projects, and confidential matters; act as an extension of the Chairman to ensure seamless handling of personal affairs and executive-level tasks.

Sells new and pre-owned vehicles while meeting dealership gross, volume, and customer satisfaction goals. Responsibilities include prospecting, managing CRM activities, following up with customers, conducting dealership walkthroughs, delivering sold vehicles, demonstrating features, tracking sales activities, learning competitive products, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction scores.

Provides on-site Level 1 and Level 2 IT support across Connecticut sites. Troubleshoots hardware, software, network, wireless, peripheral, and connectivity issues; manages tickets and Active Directory accounts; installs operating systems and applications; deploys hardware; supports Microsoft 365 and mobile devices; assists with IT projects and infrastructure improvements; and delivers customer-focused end-user assistance and training.
