Lead software development projects from requirements through deployment and post-launch support. Translate business needs into technical plans, coordinate developers and technical teams, manage Agile processes, review architecture and code, track risks and blockers, communicate with stakeholders, and maintain project documentation. The role requires substantial software development experience and the ability to understand technical systems, APIs, databases, integrations, testing, security, and deployment processes.

Supports executives with calendar and inbox management, meeting coordination, agendas, follow-ups, customer communication, community engagement, confidential information, and administrative projects. The role requires strong organization, judgment, initiative, written communication, and the ability to manage changing priorities remotely across time zones.

Develop and lead HeyDelegate’s brand positioning, messaging, campaigns, content strategy, website experience, case studies, and sales assets. Conduct market and customer research, guide creative direction, execute marketing initiatives, collaborate with the founder and external partners, measure performance, and maintain brand consistency across company touchpoints. The role requires strategic brand expertise combined with hands-on execution in a remote, contract-based environment.

Manage high-priority technology initiatives end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors, tracking timelines, risks, and deliverables, leading RFPs, improving processes, and providing concise leadership updates to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.

Design and build responsive websites and landing pages using website builders and CMS platforms. Translate designs into functional pages, maintain and customize sites, troubleshoot front-end issues, and collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure brand-aligned, user-friendly web experiences.

Manage inbound brand partnership inquiries, match brands with creators, act as primary liaison, drive deals from inquiry to close, advocate for talent, track pipeline, and maintain workflows in project management tools.

Own full sales cycle for BPO/outsourcing services: source prospects, run outreach and discovery, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, close deals, manage CRM and forecasts, and partner with operations for onboarding.

Manage HeyDelegate's brand and content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and the website. Create, publish, and repurpose social content, maintain a content calendar, coordinate and direct content shoots, produce basic graphics and short-form videos, organize assets, and monitor performance to recommend improvements.
