Manage HeyDelegate's brand and content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and the website. Create, publish, and repurpose social content, maintain a content calendar, coordinate and direct content shoots, produce basic graphics and short-form videos, organize assets, and monitor performance to recommend improvements.

Design and build responsive websites and landing pages using website builders and CMS platforms. Translate designs into functional pages, maintain and customize sites, troubleshoot front-end issues, and collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure brand-aligned, user-friendly web experiences.

Support and optimize Monday.com systems for a fence construction company: review and maintain boards, build automations and integrations (Zapier, Make.com), write light JavaScript for formulas/triggers, troubleshoot issues, document changes, and coordinate with the operations team during CST work hours.

Perform outbound prospecting to source and qualify US-based leads, run email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, conduct phone follow-ups, book discovery calls, manage pipeline in CRM, report activity, and coordinate handoffs to operations to support deal progression and client onboarding.

Serve as primary client contact for assigned communities, driving high-touch 1:1 outreach to boost engagement, event participation, benefit utilization, and retention. Manage CRM and event workflows, maintain data hygiene, research contacts, support promotional and social initiatives, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver consistent, relationship-driven client experiences.

Lead integrated marketing for cybersecurity conferences and events: create marketing briefs, run email and social campaigns, design registration pages and websites, manage automation and telemarketing, produce promotional assets in Canva, track discount code performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive attendance and engagement.

Lead and execute PR and influencer visibility across experiential events, traditional press pitching, and operational systems. Manage media relationships, tentpole activations, photo and press archives, reporting dashboards, and talent communications to secure high-value placements and maintain flawless media databases.

Manage inbound brand partnership inquiries, match brands with creators, act as primary liaison, drive deals from inquiry to close, advocate for talent, track pipeline, and maintain workflows in project management tools.

Own end-to-end outbound sales development to book qualified meetings via LinkedIn, email, and calls. Qualify prospects, manage follow-ups, track outreach metrics, and help build repeatable outbound processes, scripts, and sequences to scale outbound revenue.

Own full sales cycle for BPO/outsourcing services: source prospects, run outreach and discovery, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, close deals, manage CRM and forecasts, and partner with operations for onboarding.
