About the Role

This is a true full-cycle sales role for someone who enjoys building business from the ground up.

You will own the entire sales process-from identifying prospects and building lead lists to running discovery calls, negotiating commercial terms, and closing new business.

We do not have a marketing team generating inbound leads or an SDR team booking meetings. Success in this role depends on your ability to consistently generate and convert your own pipeline.

What You'll Do
  • Build highly targeted prospect lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other prospecting platforms.
  • Execute personalized cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client hiring needs.
  • Present HeyDelegate's outsourcing solutions and recommend the right talent strategy.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, overcome objections, and close new business.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and activity tracking.
  • Partner with our operations team to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

RequirementsWhat We're Looking For
Required Experience
  • 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience selling one or more of the following:
    • BPO services
    • Virtual assistant services
    • Remote staffing
    • Offshore staffing
    • Recruitment services
    • Outsourcing solutions
    • Employer of Record (EOR) services
    • Managed services
  • Demonstrated success consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
  • Proven ability to generate new business through self-sourced outbound prospecting.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong experience using CRM platforms.
  • Experience with sales prospecting and outreach tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent pipeline management.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Flexible to engage with clients across US, UK, and European time zones when required.

BenefitsCompensation

At HeyDelegate, we believe in being transparent from the beginning.

Our team is contracted in USD, and applicants will be asked to indicate their minimum monthly base salary expectation during the application process.

To ensure alignment, we will only progress candidates whose salary expectations fall within our current budget. High-performing sales professionals will have significant upside through our uncapped USD commission structure.



Skills Required
