Manage and mentor a software engineering team to deliver scalable, secure networking and SASE solutions. Lead architecture and design reviews, collaborate with product, security, identity, and platform teams, drive innovation, engage with customers for troubleshooting, and ensure compliance with security certifications (e.g., FIPS/Common Criteria).

Implement and occasionally design enterprise technical solutions, lead small technical projects, provide integration and architecture support, liaise with architects and project managers, produce client documentation and proposals, and contribute knowledge sharing and pre-sales activities.

Lead end-to-end readiness and go-to-market operationalization for the UKIMEA region. Develop data-driven business plans, build statistical and financial models, set performance metrics, lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinate WW sales programs, conduct market research, and provide strategic recommendations to business leaders to close performance gaps.
