Coordinates patient care and advocates for patients across multiple cases. Reviews medical records to assess work capacity, collaborates with healthcare providers and the Medical Director, and triages workplace injuries or illnesses through telehealth. Requires strong organization, communication, decision-making, and healthcare technology skills. Candidates must hold a current Kentucky or compact-state RN or LPN license and current BLS certification.

Manages daily operations of an occupational medicine clinic, including staff supervision, patient-care quality, occupational health programs, workers’ compensation cases, regulatory compliance, budgeting, inventory, stakeholder relationships, and quality improvement initiatives.

Provide front-desk customer service: greet and check in patients, verify demographics and insurance, scan and update records in the EMR, manage medical record requests, answer and route calls, schedule and reschedule appointments, mail and reconcile lab results, sort mail and faxes, and perform other administrative duties in a fast-paced clinic.

PRN APRN/PA float provider delivering urgent care and occupational medicine across multiple clinic locations. Assess, diagnose, treat illnesses and injuries, order/interpret X-rays and labs, suture and manage wounds, treat sprains/strains/fractures, refer as needed, promote patient health, and collaborate with clinic teams while adapting to different site workflows.

Provide advanced occupational health care including pre-placement, surveillance, return-to-work, fitness-for-duty, and regulatory exams; manage work-related injuries, clinical documentation, case coordination, employee education, emergency preparedness, and continuous improvement of occupational health programs.
