Lead day-to-day operations of an occupational medicine clinic, supervise clinical and administrative staff, develop occupational health programs, manage workers' compensation, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee budget and resources, collaborate with safety teams, and drive quality improvement initiatives.

Provide front-desk customer service: greet and check in patients, verify demographics and insurance, scan and update records in the EMR, manage medical record requests, answer and route calls, schedule and reschedule appointments, mail and reconcile lab results, sort mail and faxes, and perform other administrative duties in a fast-paced clinic.

Designs and supervises fitness, conditioning, and remedial training programs for Protective Force, firefighters, and emergency responders. Conducts VO2max, metabolic, biometric, and physical readiness testing; documents results; collaborates with medical staff on fitness-for-duty and clearance issues; provides injury-prevention education, nutrition guidance, and maintains testing equipment and records.
