Build and operate production data pipelines that ingest, transform, validate, and deliver messy clinical data for machine learning, analytics, and clinician-facing APIs. Own data contracts, monitoring, backfills, failure recovery, and troubleshooting across systems. Lead concurrent technical implementations for hospital customers from requirements through go-live and stabilization. The role begins as a senior individual contributor and will build an implementation team over time.

Build and operate hospital integrations, including APIs, authentication, data mapping, monitoring, and production data pipelines. Work directly with hospital IT and clinical teams to investigate problems, develop customer tools and analytics, and turn recurring needs into reusable connectors and product features. The role requires strong backend, API, data modeling, and SQL skills, plus ownership of complex third-party integrations and customer workflows.

Lead healthcare product discovery and delivery from clinician problems to shipped products. Engage clinicians, define requirements, coordinate hospital, customer success, and engineering teams, manage dependencies and deadlines, prototype with AI coding tools, investigate SQL and API issues, and make technical product decisions. The role focuses on launching new products, expanding existing customer features, and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders.

Build and maintain HealthLeap's clinician-facing dashboard and backend services. Own features end-to-end, handle messy clinical data and explainability, implement feature flags and auth at scale, and ship production systems deployed in major hospitals.

Lead regional enterprise sales to hospitals and health systems: generate introductions, manage complex consultative deals through pipeline to close, negotiate contracts, transition clients to implementation, and support expansion and upsells while maintaining daily CRM hygiene (Salesforce).

Lead account-based and content marketing for target health-system accounts. Own account intelligence, ABM programs, digital engagement, customer proof, sales enablement, PR, and marketing operations to accelerate opportunities and arm internal champions.
