Build and operate scalable AI infrastructure for hospital deployments: set up networking and VPNs, manage AWS multi-account infrastructure (ECS/EKS, Terraform), build data pipelines (S3, Iceberg, Spark, Dagster, Airflow), productionize ML models, and implement observability to ensure reliable daily risk-ranking for clinicians.

Lead regional enterprise sales to hospitals and health systems: generate introductions, manage complex consultative deals through pipeline to close, negotiate contracts, transition clients to implementation, and support expansion and upsells while maintaining daily CRM hygiene (Salesforce).

Build and maintain backend systems processing millions of patient records daily to produce real-time risk scores. Develop data pipelines, feature engineering for ML, LLM-based clinical note parsing, and operate AWS/Kubernetes infrastructure with high concurrency, reliability, and uptime for hospital deployments.
