Build and operate production data pipelines that ingest, transform, validate, and deliver messy clinical data for machine learning, analytics, and clinician-facing APIs. Own data contracts, monitoring, backfills, failure recovery, and troubleshooting across systems. Collaborate with integration, ML, and product engineering teams to ensure reliable data delivery across hospital deployments.

Lead concurrent technical implementations for hospital customers from requirements through go-live and stabilization. Translate clinical workflows into technical requirements, inspect SQL extracts and API data, validate integrations, coordinate engineers and hospital stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, and improve deployment processes. The role begins as a senior individual contributor and will build an implementation team over time.

Build and operate hospital integrations, including APIs, authentication, data mapping, monitoring, and production data pipelines. Work directly with hospital IT and clinical teams to investigate problems, develop customer tools and analytics, and turn recurring needs into reusable connectors and product features. The role requires strong backend, API, data modeling, and SQL skills, plus ownership of complex third-party integrations and customer workflows.
