Support Corporate Finance with corporate model maintenance, monthly schedules and analyses, Board and investor presentations, forecasting/budgeting, ad-hoc analyses, and support for Capital Markets and Investor Relations. Requires strong financial modeling, Excel/PowerPoint skills, GAAP knowledge, and ability to track peer company metrics. Ideal candidate has 3+ years in investment banking or FP&A and a relevant undergraduate degree; MBA/CPA/CFA are a plus.

Provide administrative support for a Dallas medical office building portfolio: answer phones, draft correspondence, coordinate meetings, manage contracts and approvals, track work orders and insurance certificates, prepare chargebacks/rent statements and regional reports, and support Property Manager with additional tasks.

Underwrite and analyze development and redevelopment projects for medical outpatient buildings by conducting market research, feasibility studies, budgeting, scenario analysis, due diligence, Argus modeling, and preparing investment presentations and tracking reports. Support delivery of ground-up and major redevelopment projects with stakeholder communication.

Lead and execute application development and integrations while establishing and driving a practical SDLC across teams. Develop, review, and harden applications (including AI-assisted builds), perform code reviews, ensure security and deployment readiness in Azure, coordinate testing and releases, create SDLC templates and documentation, and shepherd initiatives through design, development, approval, deployment, and support.

Support acquisitions and dispositions for outpatient medical properties: source deals, underwrite investments (Argus modeling), negotiate contracts, manage due diligence, conduct market research, business development, and broker/owner networking. Occasional nationwide travel required.
