Performs full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of medical office buildings, including monthly and quarterly close procedures, balance sheet and income statement analysis, and accounting support for asset managers. The role also handles additional accounting and analytical responsibilities while requiring strong communication, computer proficiency, and Excel skills.

Serves as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and guests while handling reception, phone, email, mailroom, filing, data entry, and common-area responsibilities. Provides administrative and day-to-day support to the Human Resources team, manages confidential information, and performs additional clerical duties as assigned in a full-time, on-site corporate office role.

Leads the strategy, design, implementation, and ongoing operation of the company’s voice-communication ecosystem. Manages telecom vendors, contracts, SLAs, budgets, broadband accounts, POTS replacements, voice lines, hardware and service policies, and cost optimization. Partners cross-functionally to align telephony with digital transformation initiatives such as Teams Phone and AI-driven contact centers. Requires project and contract management experience, PBX/UC expertise, negotiation skills, and matrixed stakeholder leadership.

Support acquisitions and dispositions for outpatient medical properties: source deals, underwrite investments (Argus modeling), negotiate contracts, manage due diligence, conduct market research, business development, and broker/owner networking. Occasional nationwide travel required.

Lead and execute application development and integrations while establishing and driving a practical SDLC across teams. Develop, review, and harden applications (including AI-assisted builds), perform code reviews, ensure security and deployment readiness in Azure, coordinate testing and releases, create SDLC templates and documentation, and shepherd initiatives through design, development, approval, deployment, and support.

Lead operational finance for a commercial real estate portfolio, overseeing reporting, KPI and dashboard development, property-level budgeting and forecasting, process improvements, system integrations (MRI, Power BI, Excel), and mentoring a financial analyst while partnering with Asset Management, Accounting, IT, and Corporate Finance.
