Maintain HVAC, building automation, electrical, plumbing, generators, life-safety systems; complete work orders and records; read blueprints; perform physical tasks and be on-call.

Lead engineering operations and maintenance for multiple medical office buildings. Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building automation, life-safety systems; manage engineering staff and contractors; support capital projects, preventive/predictive maintenance, asset management, and regulatory compliance to ensure safe, efficient facility operations and tenant service.

Provide administrative support for a Dallas medical office building portfolio: answer phones, draft correspondence, coordinate meetings, manage contracts and approvals, track work orders and insurance certificates, prepare chargebacks/rent statements and regional reports, and support Property Manager with additional tasks.

Support Corporate Finance with corporate model maintenance, monthly schedules and analyses, Board and investor presentations, forecasting/budgeting, ad-hoc analyses, and support for Capital Markets and Investor Relations. Requires strong financial modeling, Excel/PowerPoint skills, GAAP knowledge, and ability to track peer company metrics. Ideal candidate has 3+ years in investment banking or FP&A and a relevant undergraduate degree; MBA/CPA/CFA are a plus.
