Performs full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of medical office buildings, including monthly and quarterly close procedures, balance sheet and income statement analysis, accounting support for asset managers, and other accounting and analytical tasks. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Nashville.

Underwrite and analyze development and redevelopment projects for medical outpatient buildings by conducting market research, feasibility studies, budgeting, scenario analysis, due diligence, Argus modeling, and preparing investment presentations and tracking reports. Support delivery of ground-up and major redevelopment projects with stakeholder communication.

Support acquisitions and dispositions for outpatient medical properties: source deals, underwrite investments (Argus modeling), negotiate contracts, manage due diligence, conduct market research, business development, and broker/owner networking. Occasional nationwide travel required.
