Designs, develops, deploys, and maintains C#/.NET microservices, APIs, and enterprise integration components for Property and Casualty insurance systems. Partners with architecture teams to modernize service boundaries, messaging patterns, and containerized deployments. Participates in automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, documentation, and AI-assisted development practices while mentoring engineers and improving software quality.

Lead and manage a team building and operating enterprise data pipelines, warehousing, and integration solutions. Oversee data architecture, ETL, data quality, governance, BI support, vendor selection, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure data for business reporting and decision-making.

Develop and maintain business architecture frameworks, capability models, process models, and standards that connect organizational strategy with business and technology execution. Analyze and optimize processes using BPMN, establish performance metrics, identify operational risks, and support implementation and organizational change. Collaborate with stakeholders across the insurance organization to improve scalability, efficiency, adaptability, and business continuity.

The Integration Developer will design and develop integrations, APIs, and Microservices for the insurance operations, ensuring data integrity and system performance while collaborating with teams for reliable technology solutions.

Lead actuarial analyses for commercial lines pricing, profitability, and loss reserving. Design and execute pricing recommendations, quarterly reserve reviews, product profitability studies, and strategic analyses. Partner with Product, Underwriting, Claims, Finance, and IT to translate actuarial changes into pricing systems, mentor analysts, and improve processes.

The Product Manager will drive strategies for Commercial or Farm product lines, enhance profitability, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for product implementation and performance analysis.
