Manage complex property and casualty claims from investigation through resolution, including coverage analysis, reserve setting, litigation strategy, settlement negotiation, and legal proceedings. Collaborate with attorneys, insureds, claimants, and vendors; identify fraud and subrogation opportunities; maintain regulatory documentation; and mentor claims professionals on complex coverage and litigation matters.

Leads property and casualty underwriting across Commercial, Farm, and Personal Lines. Establishes underwriting strategy, guidelines, risk controls, and performance objectives while balancing profitable growth, retention, customer service, compliance, and agency relationships. Oversees underwriting teams through coaching, staffing, planning, and performance management; monitors exceptions, expenses, and resources; partners on business planning; and supports regulatory interactions.

Manage Agribusiness or Commercial Lines insurance products from strategy and development through implementation and maintenance. Responsibilities include product performance analysis, pricing strategy, rate and form development, regulatory filings through SERFF, cross-functional coordination, requirements definition, testing, documentation, training, and regulatory response. The role requires substantial Property & Casualty insurance experience and collaboration with Underwriting, Actuarial, Claims, Legal, IT, and Marketing.
