Supports Adobe RTCDP use cases by configuring identity namespaces, profile merge policies, audience segments, destinations, activation workflows, data governance controls, and documentation. Troubleshoots profile and segment issues under senior guidance while developing expertise in identity resolution, audience publishing, consent, and downstream activation across marketing platforms.

Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable full stack web applications. Establish frontend and backend standards, guide API and integration decisions, mentor developers, resolve technical conflicts, and collaborate with product, UX, QA, DevOps, and security teams. The role requires strong frontend expertise in Angular or React, backend knowledge, and experience translating business requirements into enterprise technical architectures.

Leads the architecture, design, development, integration, and technical delivery of complex Adobe Experience Manager sites and applications. Mentors AEM developers, reviews solutions and code, resolves technical issues, collaborates with cross-functional teams, supports go-live readiness, participates in client presales activities, and ensures scalable implementations using AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, Cloud Service, and related Adobe technologies.

Implements and maintains web analytics tracking using JavaScript, jQuery, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Launch. Configures data elements, rules, events, and extensions; supports data-layer implementation, testing, validation, and troubleshooting through browser developer tools. Collaborates with development, QA, analytics, and business teams, documents tracking changes, and supports ongoing enhancements to tagging and analytics solutions.

Leads Hashout’s Project Management Office across enterprise Adobe and digital experience engagements. Establishes governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, templates, tooling, reporting, and stage-gate controls. Oversees portfolio health, budgets, margins, risks, resourcing, and recovery plans; partners with sales, delivery, and enterprise clients; presents executive and steering committee updates; and builds and mentors project management and Scrum Master teams.

Supports B2B marketing through website content, LinkedIn social publishing, case studies, sales enablement materials, content calendars, reporting, events, competitor research, and proofreading. Coordinates with internal stakeholders, agencies, and freelancers while maintaining brand consistency and content quality. The role also tracks marketing performance using tools such as HubSpot and analytics platforms and provides general marketing operations support.

Designs and governs enterprise data models by mapping source systems to Adobe Experience Platform XDM schemas. Defines entity relationships, cardinalities, and ER diagrams; works with structured and semi-structured data; writes and optimizes SQL across source systems and AEP Query Service; and owns source-to-target mappings, metadata documentation, data dictionaries, and schema governance.

Owns end-to-end Adobe RTCDP use cases, including data ingestion, identity resolution, profile unification, segmentation, destination configuration, audience activation, governance, troubleshooting, and documentation. The role manages identity namespaces, merge policies, graph unlink rules, batch/streaming/edge segmentation, activation workflows, consent controls, and downstream audience publishing across advertising, media, CRM, and clean-room destinations.

Designs and leads Java-based enterprise architectures, including scalable microservices and cloud-native solutions. Collaborates with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into architectures, mentors developers, reviews code quality and security, evaluates technologies, and ensures application performance, scalability, and compliance. Requires extensive software development experience, cloud and containerization expertise, database and API knowledge, DevOps familiarity, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
