Supports Adobe RTCDP use cases by configuring identity namespaces, profile merge policies, audience segments, destinations, activation workflows, data governance controls, and documentation. Troubleshoots profile and segment issues under senior guidance while developing expertise in identity resolution, audience publishing, consent, and downstream activation across marketing platforms.

Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable full stack web applications. Establish frontend and backend standards, guide API and integration decisions, mentor developers, resolve technical conflicts, and collaborate with product, UX, QA, DevOps, and security teams. The role requires strong frontend expertise in Angular or React, backend knowledge, and experience translating business requirements into enterprise technical architectures.

Develop and maintain Adobe Experience Manager solutions, including components, templates, workflows, integrations, and applications. Build OSGi services with Java, extend AEM Core Components, troubleshoot technical and production issues, and support deployment and administration. Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders while owning end-to-end delivery. The role may require onsite client travel and values technical leadership, testing, Agile experience, and AEM certifications.
