- Develop detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, system, integration, and UAT testing for web-based applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Execute automated test suites and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines wherever applicable.
- Conduct responsive testing across devices and browsers using tools such as BrowserStack.
- Validate website performance, UI/UX consistency, and user flows across multiple platforms.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using Jira (or similar tools).
- Collaborate with engineering teams to drive timely bug resolution and verify fixes.
- Ensure deliverables meet internal quality standards and client expectations.
- Continuously improve QA processes, methodologies, and test automation coverage.
- Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies, provide QA estimates, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Maintain test documentation and prepare test summary reports for stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
- 6+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, including manual and automation testing of web-based applications.
- Strong knowledge of functional, regression, cross-browser, responsive, and automation testing practices.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar automation frameworks.
- Experience with BrowserStack or similar device/cloud testing platforms.
- Good understanding of API testing using tools such as Postman is preferred.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps is an advantage.
- Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Experience using QA and project tools (Jira, Confluence, TestRail, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with AEM or other major CMS platforms is a strong plus.
