Sell new vehicles and finance/value-added products; manage customer relationships in person, email and phone; handle product/service delivery administration and uphold manufacturer and dealership standards.

Perform maintenance, service, diagnostics and repairs on franchise vehicles to manufacturer standards. Replace components and consumables, record usage, maintain safe, tidy work areas, advise on faults and future service needs, and meet franchise/company time and quality targets.

Sell commercial vehicles face-to-face and via phone/email, demonstrate vehicle features and finance options, manage customer relationships, organise deliveries, and maintain manufacturer and dealership standards.
