Leads site technology projects, global platform deployments, Smart Manufacturing initiatives, IT governance, risk and compliance, audit readiness, asset lifecycle management, incident resolution, and outsourced service delivery. Coordinates cross-functional teams, manages application and infrastructure rollouts, maintains ServiceNow and CMDB data quality, supports business users, and ensures technology services align with global standards, site priorities, and regulatory expectations.

Owns the vision, roadmap, backlog, and delivery of performance and operational intelligence products across Development Operations and DevCMO. Leads agile teams, aligns senior stakeholders, translates operational priorities into digital solutions, and delivers dashboards supporting decision-making. The role requires experience with product lifecycles, analytics, regulated environments, quality and compliance, and cross-functional leadership. Preferred experience includes pharmaceutical R&D, BI platforms, predictive analytics, cloud technologies, APIs, and scaling products in complex organizations.

Build and deploy AI-native full-stack applications for regulatory document authoring and knowledge systems in GSK’s CMC organization. Lead PoCs, PoVs, MVPs, agent workflows, RAG systems, human-in-the-loop review, LLM evaluation, and production prototypes. Embed with business teams, validate solutions using real data, establish governance and auditability for GxP environments, package successful solutions for scale-up, and coach engineers on AI-augmented development.

Build and deploy agentic AI automation for chemical manufacturing and control research. Embed with R&D teams to frame problems, rapidly deliver proofs of concept, proofs of value, and MVPs, validate outcomes, and prepare successful solutions for scale-up. Develop multi-agent workflows, automate scientific processes, establish responsible AI governance, contribute reusable engineering patterns, and coach business-unit engineers on AI-augmented development.
