The role develops practical finance and procurement skills, including accounting, internal controls, reporting, data analysis, supplier collaboration, and process optimization. Japanese language support is advantageous.

Uses workforce analytics and external insights to guide capability planning and people decisions. Partners across HR teams to deliver integrated solutions spanning talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, careers, reward, governance, and organizational effectiveness, while supporting digital and AI-related workforce priorities.

Supports SG&A reporting, budget-versus-actual analysis, monthly close and control activities, accrual accuracy, forecasting, and financial planning. Partners with commercial, medical, regional, and finance teams on spend tracking, variance analysis, Gross-to-Net reviews, cost-saving recommendations, and business reporting. Uses analytical tools such as Power BI to improve reporting and support decision-making.

Provides HR administrative and People Services support for the Belgium market from Poland. The role requires SAP expertise, SOX/control-environment experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English. It is a one-year fixed-term hybrid position based in Poznan, Poland.

Leads global procurement strategy for approximately £2.5 billion in Marketing and Sales spend. Responsibilities include category strategy, supplier selection, contract negotiation, supplier performance, risk mitigation, stakeholder partnership, savings tracking, and leadership of a high-performing procurement team. The role partners with senior Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Compliance leaders in a global matrixed environment.

Graduate procurement programme involving three rotations across direct and indirect procurement. Responsibilities include developing purchasing and negotiation strategies, leading contract negotiations, reviewing financial proposals, managing spend across functions, influencing stakeholders, and delivering cross-functional projects. The programme provides formal training, mentoring, and international procurement exposure over two and a half years, with opportunities to progress into leadership roles.

Leads GSK’s enterprise Organisational Culture Assurance capability, developing assurance strategy, culture-risk frameworks, methodologies and annual plans. Oversees targeted reviews, behavioural analytics, AI-enabled insights and executive dashboards to identify cultural and behavioural risks. Integrates culture considerations into internal audit, advises senior leaders and Board committees, and leads a multidisciplinary specialist team. Requires significant experience in audit, risk, compliance, HR or organisational development, with strong analytical, influencing and leadership capabilities.

Drives global process standardization, simplification, automation, controls improvement, and operational excellence across finance and accounting processes. Leads process mapping, root cause analysis, documentation, KPI monitoring, systems deployments, and automation initiatives.
