Lead vaccine product marketing in Taiwan by developing local product and portfolio strategies, translating market insights into customer journeys and channel plans, executing multichannel campaigns, supporting launch readiness, and measuring performance. The role requires close collaboration with medical, sales, regulatory, supply, and regional teams while ensuring compliant delivery and adapting global materials for the local market.

Leads market access account integration for regional payers, PBMs, specialty providers, employers, and coalitions. Develops strategic account plans, manages contracts and performance, builds executive relationships, analyzes payer and competitive trends, and optimizes pricing and reimbursement strategies. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholder engagement across GSK’s portfolio while supporting gross-to-net targets, customer access, and commercial growth. The role requires substantial healthcare market access experience and 50–60% travel.
