Fluent English and Spanish are essential, along with strong warehouse and supply chain expertise and the ability to work independently in a remote support environment.

Provide Level 2 onsite technical support: diagnose and resolve hardware, peripherals, and application issues; install, configure, and replace IT equipment; perform rack-and-stack, cabling, and basic network troubleshooting; document incidents in ticketing tools and collaborate with teams to meet SLAs.
