Business Analyst responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing Talent processes, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors implementations and data integrations. Duties include documenting requirements and process maps, designing integration solutions with technical teams, developing test plans, validating system functionality, resolving issues, supporting change management, and facilitating stakeholder communication. Requires 5–8 years of experience, advanced English and Spanish, SAP SuccessFactors expertise, and proficiency in data mapping, ETL, APIs, and business analysis.

Design, develop, and support integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle EBS and third-party applications using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT, and SQL. Responsibilities include applying integration patterns, handling errors, monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaborating with functional and technical teams across geographies. Advanced conversational English and Spanish are essential.

Design, implement, and support traditional and Azure cloud networking solutions. Complete backlog items, administer routing, firewalls, DNS, and VPNs, and automate infrastructure using PowerShell, Python, Bash, Terraform, and ARM Templates. Manage code and releases through Git and Azure DevOps, operate API-driven systems, and produce documentation and dashboards. The role supports large-scale environments and requires advanced conversational English and Spanish.
