Lead design and implementation of scalable automated test frameworks and CI/CD-integrated test suites. Define testing strategies, validate enterprise and AI-enabled Azure applications (functional, UI, API, performance, security), mentor QA teams, drive shift-left practices, analyze failures, and ensure production readiness for distributed systems and microservices.

Provide on-site end-user IT support in Mexico City: install/configure desktops, laptops and mobile devices; perform break/fix, IMACD, data migration, equipment refreshes, and hands-and-feet support for voice/data and AV. Manage ticket queue to meet SLAs, coordinate with vendors and Level 3 teams, support events, disaster recovery, compliance tasks, and rotate on-call outside business hours.

Validate web application quality through manual and automated functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT testing. Design and execute test cases and automation scripts (Playwright), perform API testing (Postman), track defects in JIRA, produce QA documentation and reports, and collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to define acceptance criteria and improve software quality.
