Instructional Designer
2 Required Technical Skill Set** The candidate in this position, 1. Should have basic knowledge of instructional designing (ID) concepts, theories, and models 2. Should be able to do requirement gathering and analysis 3. Should be able to create instructional strategy document 4. Should be able to develop storyboards Should be able to interact with the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) effectively to retrieve the information required in developing eLearning course.
Expertise in designing and building integrations with cloud/ on premise applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)• · Responsible for providing inputs to the feasibility of a solution and proposing solutions that are scalable.• · Being Hands-On is a critical requirement.• Must work with PLSQL, Web Services, SOAP and REST. · Development experience on SOAP, REST services with JSON or XML based integrations. · Should be hands-on in at least 1 or 2 Integration project using Oracle Integration Cloud. · Should have knowledge on OIC inbuild cloud adapters(REST, SOAP, FTP, HCM, Workday, ERP, ATP).. · Experience in working with ICS adapters included ERP Adapter, SOAP, Oracle DB,FTP ,REST etc. · Good knowledge and experience in web and client-server technologies. · Hands on Experience with web service testing tools SOAPUI, Postman · Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to get requisite information in developing eLearning courses. · Excellent technical, verbal and written communications skills. · Team player and a self-starter who can work independently to exploit technologies

- Experience with ERP, SOAP, Oracle Database, FTP, and REST adapters
- Knowledge of web and client-server technologies
- Hands-on experience with SOAPUI and Postman
