Support and lead assigned reliability projects through NPI, validation, production, and sustaining phases. Lead net-new enterprise sales for incentive marketing solutions, targeting Fortune 1000 and large mid-market accounts. Own full sales cycle, develop account strategies, architect custom incentive and payments solutions, manage pipeline and CRM, negotiate contracts and pricing, ensure handoff to delivery teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet revenue quotas.

Support accounting operations by processing invoices, reconciling payables/receivables, coding transactions, researching billing discrepancies, maintaining account aging, and improving accounting processes.

Support development, coordination, and delivery of training programs: assess needs, design curriculum, schedule and deliver sessions, maintain training records, support e-learning and evaluate program effectiveness.

Translate business requirements into PEGA Decisioning solutions, manage project scope end-to-end, create and maintain decisioning logic and documentation, execute UAT and regression testing, liaise between Marketing and Technology, and present status to senior management.

Answer incoming benefit-related calls from State of Texas employees and retirees; explain eligibility, coverage, and enrollment; troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors; document interactions; conduct trainings; maintain confidentiality; suggest process improvements to enhance service.

Oversee month-end close, maintain general ledger, prepare and analyze financial statements, support budgeting and forecasts, assist audits and tax compliance, reconcile labor and taxes, develop ad hoc reports, and drive accounting process improvements for assigned business units.
