Lead Product Manager owning customer identity, authentication, registration, and onboarding for free streaming. Define strategy and roadmap, write requirements, partner with engineering/design/analytics/security, and measure KPIs to improve acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention. Lead full product lifecycle, build dashboards, conduct analysis and experimentation, and bring competitive insights from the streaming ecosystem.

Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Implement policies and process improvements, oversee inventory accuracy, lead and train staff, enforce safety, track performance metrics, manage vendors and suppliers, and drive continuous quality and efficiency initiatives to meet customer service and company objectives.
