  • Source strategically: Build strong pipelines through direct outreach, referrals, professional networks, social media, community partnerships, job fairs, and campus events.
  • Strengthen our processes: Create consistent recruiting workflows across locations and make sure our applicant tracking system (Pinpoint) is accurate, well-maintained, and fully utilized.
  •  Partner with leaders: Understand upcoming workforce needs, offer guidance on market conditions and candidate availability, and set realistic hiring timelines.
  • Lead with data: Track measures such as time to fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance, and turn those insights into action.
  • Ensure compliance: Keep hiring practices and records aligned with EEO, affirmative action, and OFCCP requirements where applicable.
  • Manage vendor partnerships: Job boards, and technology providers with an eye on cost, quality, and responsiveness.
  • Support business development: Contribute recruiting content to client proposals, including RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses, as needed.
