Supports end users with hardware, software, peripheral, and network troubleshooting. Assists with desktop setup, IT ticket documentation, information security policies, security alert monitoring, employee security awareness, network infrastructure maintenance, diagnostics, and performance monitoring. Collaborates on IT projects while developing practical skills in helpdesk support, cybersecurity, networking, and IT operations.

Provides reliability and test engineering support for telecom products across new product introduction, production, logistics, and field installation. Develops acceptance, preventive, predictive, destructive, and factory/site testing methods; evaluates reliability, maintainability, equipment effectiveness, and lifecycle costs. Resolves recurring failures using Six Sigma, SPC, RCA, CPK, FMEA, and related methods. Supports production, maintenance, suppliers, customers, process development, engineering changes, and transition to standardized production. Requires extensive carrier-grade telecom hardware/software integration and testing experience.

Leads the technical development, deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of marketing products, offers, promotions, rate changes, and related capabilities. Translates business objectives into technical requirements, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria; coordinates solutioning, implementation, testing, launches, and ongoing surveillance. Partners with Marketing, IT, Engineering, Architecture, Legal, Sales Operations, and Customer Care while managing multiple complex projects, risks, dependencies, Agile ceremonies, and stakeholder communications.
