Lead product manager owning identity, authentication, registration, and onboarding for free streaming. Define strategy, roadmap, requirements, KPIs, and lead cross-functional execution to optimize acquisition, activation, and retention. Partner with engineering, design, analytics, security, and business stakeholders to deliver and measure improvements across authentication and onboarding funnels.

Design, architect, and manage RF test procedures and equipment for cellular, broadband, and network devices. Develop test scripts, CI test flows, calibration schedules, training, and documentation. Lead validation/verification, statistical process control, corrective actions, and continuous improvement to meet manufacturer and customer requirements.

Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, manage carriers and 3PLs, handle freight claims and exceptions, track costs and performance using D365/Monday.com, collaborate cross-functionally, lead continuous improvement projects, and produce logistics reporting to optimize spend and service.
