Lead day-to-day operations of a residential property to achieve financial and occupancy goals. Manage and develop staff, oversee leasing and marketing, ensure compliance with landlord/tenant law and health & safety, handle budgeting/P&L, coordinate maintenance and vendor payments, and promote resident and investor satisfaction.

Owns quality and delivery of institutional client financial reporting across a portfolio. Reviews outsourced accounting outputs, validates P&L and balance sheet items with site teams, leads client reporting and meetings, manages audits and compliance (UK GAAP/IFRS), sets reporting standards, drives continuous improvement and automation (including Yardi), and partners with asset management and operations to provide insightful variance analysis and advisory commentary.

Lead design, documentation, implementation and continuous improvement of operational frameworks and SOPs across Build To Rent and Student Accommodation. Conduct audits, support remediation, partner with property, leasing, asset and systems teams, oversee H&S compliance, training rollout, and ensure tenancy law adherence across Australian properties.

6-month fixed-term role supporting HR operations across Europe: recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, HR data management, compliance, employee relations, and HR projects. Maintain HRIS records, facilitate hires and orientation, answer employee queries, and support initiatives like engagement and D&I to optimize HR processes and service delivery.

Drive third-party business development and operational onboarding across the Netherlands and Germany. Support RFPs and client presentations, standardize reporting, coordinate transitions and stabilization of third-party assets, monitor performance, ensure compliance, and act as primary operational liaison with management companies and institutional clients.
