Operate Cat C+E tanker to deliver fuels safely to commercial sites, complete vehicle checks and paperwork, follow health & safety and company procedures, handle dangerous goods (ADR), provide professional customer service, and use in-cab technology for deliveries.

Lead site operations of an Amsterdam biodiesel facility, ensuring safe, compliant, efficient production. Drive continuous improvement, manage teams, meet production, quality and environmental targets, liaise with Dutch authorities, and oversee staffing, training and emergency procedures.

Provide administrative and planning support for a 24/7 fleet operation: maintain planning systems and records, coordinate vehicle maintenance, monitor fleet availability and compliance, manage inbox queries, check and resolve operational plan issues, and cover other fleet support tasks during leave or high demand.

12-month maternity cover supporting process engineering at a biodiesel plant. Assist with PFDs/P&IDs, monitor plant performance, support operations and technical troubleshooting, take part in HAZOP/risk assessments, contribute to engineering projects and process improvement, and support sustainability and documentation tasks.

Support sustainability compliance for biodiesel feedstock: receive and enter feedstock declarations, maintain ERM and UDB records, prepare audit data, support RTFO/RFAS reporting and daily position reporting, and assist Finance/ESG. Ensure accuracy, adherence to standards (ISCC/RED), and assist with audits and site visits.

Support mechanical project delivery across terminals: scope preparation, design coordination, contractor documentation, construction support, commissioning, and project reporting. Maintain trackers for scope, schedule, cost, risks, actions and approvals, escalate issues, and assist terminal engineering teams while developing mechanical engineering competence.

Support group and statutory IFRS and Dutch GAAP reporting, consolidation, month-end close, audit deliverables and IFRS 16 lease reporting. Prepare journals, reconciliations, technical accounting papers, management accounts and contribute to process improvements across a multi-entity international group.
