Strategic HR Business Partner for Corporate & Commercial functions partnering with senior leaders to drive workforce planning, organisational design, talent and succession, leadership development, complex employee relations, and HR transformation to improve organisational capability and performance.

Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle: act as first point of contact for HR queries; manage recruitment, onboarding, records, Workday administration, payroll coordination, reporting, training coordination, employee relations administration, and HR policy/process improvements to ensure compliance and support HR projects alongside the HR Manager.

Partner with operational leaders across Assets & Infrastructure to deliver people plans, workforce planning, talent and succession, complex employee relations, organisational change, and leadership capability development. Provide strategic HR advice, embed people initiatives, support SHEQ and site engagement, and use workforce analytics to improve performance across predominantly blue-collar operational sites.

Act as HR Business Partner for Finance and IT, advising senior leaders on workforce planning, organisational change, talent, succession, leadership coaching, complex employee relations, and people analytics to improve capability and business performance.

Provide first-line HR support and administration: manage starters, leavers, contractual changes, onboarding, employee records, and routine employee relations (absence, flexible working). Act as first point of contact for HR queries, own cases to resolution, maintain HR systems, support recruitment administration, ensure compliance and service levels, and identify process improvements.

Lead depot operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient fuel deliveries. Manage depot team and drivers, oversee scheduling, budgeting, SHEQ compliance, audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve customer service.

Operate tanker vehicles to deliver fuels to commercial customers, loading and unloading safely, completing vehicle checks and delivery paperwork, following health & safety and company procedures, using in-cab technology, and providing professional customer service.

Provide daily position and mark-to-market P&L reporting, validate pricing markers and methodologies, support month-end reconciliations, improve reporting and controls, drive ETRM (TriplePoint) implementation, and advise Trading, Commercial and Finance teams.

The role involves the safe delivery of fuels to commercial customers, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and high customer service standards, while maintaining vehicle and safety protocols.

Operate Cat C+E tanker to deliver fuels safely to commercial sites, complete vehicle checks and paperwork, follow health & safety and company procedures, handle dangerous goods (ADR), provide professional customer service, and use in-cab technology for deliveries.

Lead site operations of an Amsterdam biodiesel facility, ensuring safe, compliant, efficient production. Drive continuous improvement, manage teams, meet production, quality and environmental targets, liaise with Dutch authorities, and oversee staffing, training and emergency procedures.
