The HR Coordinator will be responsible for providing efficient and professional administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the HR function. Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, providing timely support to employees and managers.
  • Coordinate all HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes, probation reviews and offboarding.
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising jobs on relevant jobs boards, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and extending offers.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure the HR system and personnel files remain fully compliant and audit-ready.
  • Own the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Workday HR system, ensuring employee data is accurate, up to date and fully compliant.
  • Prepare HR documentation including contracts, correspondence, policy updates, employee relations paperwork and meeting documentation.
  • Produce regular HR reports and dashboards covering headcount, turnover, recruitment, absence, training, probation and other key people metrics.
  • Coordinate mandatory training and support the delivery of learning and development initiatives.
  • Support the administration of employee relations matters by coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, maintaining confidential records and tracking case progress.
  • Assist with payroll administration by preparing and communicating employee changes accurately and within agreed deadlines.
  • Support the ongoing review and improvement of HR policies, procedures and processes to ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and support wider HR projects across the business.
  • Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role in support of the HR Manager and wider business objectives.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Administration role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Workday experience an added advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Good understanding of Irish Employment Law.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen team player.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, discreet and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Skills Required
