Responsible for reviewing, reconciling and communicating customer pricing data from multiple sources, preparing accurate data for automated invoicing, investigating and resolving pricing discrepancies, verifying new trade pricing, and supporting Commercial, Sales Ledger and IT to ensure correct trade capture and invoicing.

Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle: act as first point of contact for HR queries; manage recruitment, onboarding, records, Workday administration, payroll coordination, reporting, training coordination, employee relations administration, and HR policy/process improvements to ensure compliance and support HR projects alongside the HR Manager.

Lead depot operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient fuel deliveries. Manage depot team and drivers, oversee scheduling, budgeting, SHEQ compliance, audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve customer service.
