Supports estimating and operations teams in preparing and submitting competitive construction bids. Responsibilities include managing tender documents, addenda, bid inquiries, bonding and insurance requests, pricing uploads, submission forms, contracts, subcontract documents, compliance materials, resumes, tracking spreadsheets, and tender results. The role coordinates bid dry-runs, processes awarded tenders, supports pre-qualifications and RFPs, and ensures submissions meet tender requirements and deadlines.

Manages front-desk reception, visitor access, phone systems, mail and courier services, office supplies, meeting rooms, onboarding access, invoices, and general administrative support. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring strong organization, communication, multitasking, and attention to detail.

Manage companywide treasury operations, including cash monitoring, liquidity forecasting, bank accounts, payments, credit cards, leases, guarantees, debt facilities, hedging settlements, and acquired-entity integrations. Prepare treasury reports and cash flow analyses for senior management, investors, and lenders; liaise with auditors and banking partners; support tax remittances and month-end activities; and improve treasury processes, dashboards, and operational efficiency.

Develops and maintains resource-loaded Primavera P6 schedules for major highway and bridge construction projects. Responsibilities include critical path and schedule performance analysis, forecasting, risk mitigation, subcontractor schedule review, construction sequencing, progress reporting, recovery planning, change management, and stakeholder collaboration. The role supports projects from tender through closeout, manages multiple schedules, advises project teams, and mentors junior scheduling staff.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including intake, sourcing, candidate assessment, hiring manager partnership, and offer acceptance. Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn, referrals, internal talent pools, and other channels. Maintains daily records, conducts safety meetings, assists with incident investigations, ensures work meets contract and regulatory requirements, and helps resolve operational issues while promoting productivity and effective site communication.

The Workday Analyst supports and enhances Workday HCM and related modules, configuring business processes, security, integrations, reports, dashboards, and calculated fields. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, data loads through EIB, data integrity audits, payroll coordination, release testing, impact analysis, documentation, and stakeholder engagement across HR, Payroll, and leadership. The Scheduler develops, integrates, and maintains project schedules for major heavy civil infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include interpreting bid documents, building Primavera P6 schedules, coordinating scope and resources, forecasting labor and equipment needs, tracking progress and KPIs, conducting schedule quality assessments and quantitative risk analyses, managing schedule changes, reporting variances, and implementing corrective actions with cross-functional project teams.
