Manages multidisciplinary teams, budgets, schedules, quality, safety, client relationships, contract compliance, monitoring-system design, field activities, data analysts, billing, and change tracking. Provides technical consultation during alert events, supports estimating and proposals, interprets complex specifications, and produces executive-level reports. Requires frequent site visits and emergency availability for critical monitoring triggers.

The Scheduler develops, integrates, and maintains project schedules for major heavy civil infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include interpreting bid documents, building Primavera P6 schedules, coordinating scope and resources, forecasting labor and equipment needs, tracking progress and KPIs, conducting schedule quality assessments and quantitative risk analyses, managing schedule changes, reporting variances, and implementing corrective actions with cross-functional project teams.

Support the procurement team by administering vendor onboarding, NDA and contract management, maintaining master data and SharePoint repositories, managing procurement templates and documentation, enforcing compliance, and supporting implementation and upkeep of vendor performance/CRM tools.
