Processes vendor and subcontractor invoices, matches documentation, prepares payment batches, resolves discrepancies, reconciles supplier statements, and supports month-end closing. The coordinator maintains vendor records, project cost reports, payment registers, audit documentation, and compliance with contractual payment terms. The role also tracks commitments, accruals, holdbacks, and retention releases while responding to supplier inquiries and assisting project teams with financial administration.

Provides administrative and commercial support for infrastructure projects by maintaining subcontract and procurement records, processing purchase orders, coordinating vendor and subcontractor documentation, supporting payment applications and change orders, preparing commercial reports, and facilitating communication among project, finance, construction, suppliers, consultants, and clients.

Coordinates incoming and outgoing shipments, customs documentation, shipping records, inventory, tools, rental equipment, and material requisitions. Maintains stock accuracy, oversees annual inventory counts, manages the tool crib, performs forklift inspections, and supports equipment maintenance compliance and invoicing. Collaborates with procurement, QHSE, fleet, project, and technical teams while helping implement logistics systems and process improvements.
