Create and maintain resource-loaded project schedules (Primavera P6), analyze critical path and variances, support proposal/baseline schedules, monitor subcontractor timelines, run progress meetings, provide schedule data for reports and claims, and coordinate with commercial, engineering, and site teams.

Monitor and analyze geotechnical and structural instrumentation in real time, distinguish sensor noise from true movement, escalate exceedances, produce technical briefings and plots, perform site inspections and sensor maintenance, maintain records, optimize dashboards, and support 24/7 integrated operations.

Oversee day-to-day execution of shoring projects from start to finish: interpret engineering drawings, plan logistics and schedules, manage materials and crews, enforce safety and compliance, communicate with clients and subcontractors, and resolve site issues to deliver projects on time and within budget.
