Lead development and delivery of product-specific underwriting training, design and maintain Alternative Markets insurance products (forms, rates, endorsements), refine underwriting strategy and guidelines, coach underwriters, partner with business and technology to implement product and system changes, and ensure regulatory and industry-standard compliance.

Lead and scale the data engineering function for P&C insurance domains. Own enterprise data architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines, Snowflake-based warehousing, data governance, data quality, and cross-functional delivery while managing and mentoring teams to align data initiatives with business strategy and compliance.

Lead intake, discovery, governance, and delivery of AI and automation initiatives across IT, product, and business teams. Shape operating model, drive cross-functional alignment, create implementation artifacts and executive-ready materials, escalate risks, and scale AI program ways-of-working to ensure adoption and measurable outcomes.

Underwrite and produce profitable fine art inland marine coverage nationally. Evaluate submissions, select risks, set terms and pricing, analyze reports, maintain accounts, and support customer relationships. Support growth, profitability, and team collaboration; travel up to 20%.

Drive discovery, research, and product planning for emerging technologies (AI, automation, IoT, image forensics). Engage stakeholders, define problem statements, user stories, and MVPs, lead PoVs/pilots, and support transition of validated concepts into scalable enterprise solutions while collaborating with product, engineering, data, and vendors.
