Invictus is seeking to hire a Finance Manager - Client Analytics & Advisory to join their team! Candidates with a minimum of 7 years in the financial services or related industries will be considered for this opportunity. This position is fully remote with the expectation of working east coast hours.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing and managing production and delivery of analysis and reports to all CECL, stress testing, and capital planning clients
- Responsible for management and development of junior and mid-level financial analysts
- Managing “up” of senior Invictus personnel to ensure highest quality level of advisory services are being provided to clients
- Maintain regular communication with clients
- Assist in the development and roll-out of new products and services.
- Meet with clients as needed to:
- Review draft reports
- Advise and provide expertise on regulatory and other best practices
- Present at committee and/or board meetings
- Support modeling assumptions
Job Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial analysis.
- Proven ability to manage small to mid-sized teams of analysts.
- Ability to manage and execute multiple simultaneous projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 7 years in the financial services industry or related experience.
- Deep knowledge of banking preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of credit, liquidity, and market rate analytics (familiarity with probability of default / loss given default credit concepts a plus)
- Foundational knowledge of, if not expertise in CECL, stress testing, and capital adequacy within the financial services industry
- Strong command, if not mastery over, Microsoft Excel.
- Strong Tableau skills preferred.
- Tech “competent” / quick study to learn and utilize proprietary Invictus software.
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, MBA or other masters a plus.

$100,000.00 -$125,000.00
