Assists the department manager with daily e-commerce operations, revenue and production goals, marketplace performance metrics, staffing, employee relations, customer and donor satisfaction, safety, loss prevention, training, and administrative compliance. Leads supervisors and staff, resolves operational and customer issues, supports continuous improvement, safeguards donated goods, and assumes full responsibility for department operations when the manager is absent.

Maintains recruiting records, supports employer branding initiatives, and helps implement recruiting programs and special projects while following employment laws and organizational procedures.

Advise managers on HR matters, support staff training and development, lead direct reports, maintain compliant policies, and improve HR resource efficiency. The role also serves as a liaison to employee groups and collaborates with the Director of Human Resources.
