OverviewHourly Range: $22.51-$25.00
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting the management team in the daily operations of the department including scheduling, payroll, ensuring production/quality is maintained and that policies/procedures are followed.

Certificates & Licenses: Must have a CA Driver’s License and driving record acceptable to Goodwill’s insurance company requirements. Must also have an insured, reliable vehicle.
Work Schedule: 5 days per week including weekends

What We Do
Goodwill Industries of San Diego County is a local nonprofit that provides employment and training opportunities for people with disabilities and other barriers to employment. It funds this mission through donated-goods resale and recycling, operating donation centers, retail and outlet stores, and an online store. The organization also offers free career advising, job-search assistance, skills workshops, and placement support to San Diego County residents.
