Build, maintain, monitor, and scale enterprise platform services spanning IAM, communications, payments, and API gateways. The Senior Manager develops omnichannel campaigns, designs audiences and customer journeys, builds supervised marketing automations, and maintains marketing technology standards. The role partners with Salesforce and Databricks teams on customer data, governs campaign taxonomy and tracking, reports performance, evaluates and migrates marketing tools, and coaches partner teams. It also requires validating SQL, HTML, and AI-generated marketing operations output while applying privacy, consent, deliverability, and data-sensitivity standards in a consumer lending environment.

Supports GoodLeap’s Capital Markets Legal team with structured finance transactions, including securitizations, warehouse facilities, and forward flows. Responsibilities include preparing and organizing transaction documents, managing closing deliverables and electronic binders, drafting corporate governance documents, maintaining compliance trackers, improving legal processes with AI tools, and collaborating with Finance, Treasury, Operations, Compliance, attorneys, and external counsel.

Drive hypothesis-led strategic analysis, build financial models, and deliver executive-ready recommendations. Support M&A and partnerships, lead cross-functional workstreams to execute initiatives, partner with Technology on architecture and AI enablement, and measure realized value against business cases.

Hands-on FP&A role owning budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting. Produce monthly/quarterly close packages, executive and board materials, and ad hoc analyses. Maintain data integrity across Workday and Adaptive Planning, optimize reporting workflows, and automate recurring processes using Excel, Power Query, scripting, or AI tools. Partner with business units and Finance leadership to translate results into actionable insights.

The Business Development Manager will identify and sign new Home Improvement Contractors, ensure partner success, and collaborate on sales processes to drive growth.

Performs consumer compliance tasks, including preparing and mailing adverse action notices under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, managing regulatory compliance queues, distributing compliance mail, monitoring inboxes, and supporting Compliance Manager projects. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, work ethic, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Encompass experience is helpful but not required.

Identify, qualify, and sign home improvement contractor partners under $2M/year; source inbound and outbound leads; convey GoodLeap financing products; collaborate with Business Development Directors to drive partner success and improve sales processes; hand off larger accounts to outside sales.

Build and maintain pricing models for solar, storage, and home-improvement financing. Clean and validate utility rate data, analyze tariff structures, run pricing scenarios, and recommend pricing to maximize win rate and profitability. Collaborate with Capital Markets, Accounting, FP&A, Data Engineering, and Legal. Present findings to leadership, mentor junior analysts, and maintain an auditable tariff dataset to support product expansion and compliance.

Lead analysis of originated loan portfolio performance, build data-driven narratives for investors, present strategic insights to institutional investors, commission borrower and macroeconomic research, and coordinate cross-functional teams to preserve investor trust and support capital markets activity.

Lead and grow the Funding & Payments engineering organization, owning architecture, reliability, and delivery for underwriting, funding, and payments systems. Drive distributed, event-driven microservices, CI/CD, observability, security/compliance, and cross-functional alignment with Product, Risk, and Operations. Hire and mentor managers and senior ICs, set KPIs, manage technical debt, and establish on-call and incident response for high-throughput financial transactions.

Provide sales support to licensed loan officers by reviewing and preparing mortgage files, ordering disclosures, running automated underwriting, taking inbound/outbound calls, gathering borrower information, troubleshooting loan files, and attending training toward a licensed loan officer role.

Manage translation of underwriting policies into decision-platform configuration, maintain documentation and audit trails, monitor policy performance via dashboards, run experiments (A/B, champion/challenger), coordinate pilots with vendors, and partner with Capital Markets, Product, Engineering, and Credit Risk to prioritize and deliver policy changes that align with portfolio and business intent.
