- Develop and maintain project data for all Operations-led and supported initiatives.
- Support the creation of monthly operations portfolio meeting materials.
- Develop a reporting calendar for monthly Operations reports and ensure timely updates.
- Maintain and update the operations Roadmap, highlighting key milestones.
- Collaborate with the Portfolio Lead to streamline reporting and governance processes.
- Coordinate the Operations Calendar of Activities and publish monthly updates.
- Track key metrics for the Operations portfolio using project tracker data inputs.
- Monitor and reconcile KPIs to align with organizational goals.
- Oversee BAU project financial reporting in coordination with the BAU Lead.
- Identify top BAU priorities for Operations reporting, incorporating key milestones.
- Serve as liaison to align PMO initiatives with the Readiness team.
- Support the Head of Operations PMO with resource allocation tracking and updates.
- Facilitate the project intake process in collaboration with the process owner.
- Develop materials for intake triage meetings and distribute follow-ups accordingly.
- Maintain Operations project data within Wave and PPM, including reporting, charging codes, initiative ownership, quarterly reviews, and permissioning.
- Establish standardized reporting frameworks for Operations initiatives.
- Assist with annual project planning efforts.
- Support the development of ad-hoc management reports as needed.
- Maintain the Operations Strategy & Transformation SharePoint site.
- Oversee the project delivery lifecycle SharePoint site, ensuring up-to-date resources.
- Develop job aids for project delivery teams.
- Work closely with Operations ELT and SLT to define performance metrics and KPIs.
- Develop executive reporting and maintain Operations dashboards, optimizing reporting templates and processes.
- Coordinate transformation project updates for monthly portfolio forums.
