The Litigation Paralegal will manage litigation and pre-litigation matters, coordinate with outside counsel, maintain litigation files, and support internal investigations.

The role partners with engineering, product development, business, and executive teams to build and protect the company’s medical device portfolio, support acquisitions and licensing, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

Provides intraoperative neuromonitoring during surgical procedures by assessing patient nervous-system activity, identifying risks, troubleshooting monitoring protocols, communicating findings to surgeons, and documenting case data. Maintains monitoring equipment, completes required compliance training, and supports clinical technology initiatives. This field-based role requires operating-room experience, regular travel, equipment transport, hospital privileges, and ongoing CNIM certification.

Perform dimensional and incoming/source inspections using CMM and inspection tools, read blueprints, maintain organized inspection areas, assist with material handling, communicate results, and support production quality goals.

Fabricate prototypes, models, test parts, instruments, implants, and low-volume production components using CNC and manual mills, lathes, and EDM equipment.
