The US healthcare system is complex, error-prone, and financially draining. Medical bills and insurance coverage shouldn’t be this hard to navigate. At Granted, we’re building the one solution every American can turn to for help.
Thanks to AI and new regulations, Granted can fight claim denials, correct billing errors, negotiate bills, and make coverage easier to understand—saving people time, money, and stress. Our goal is simple: to be the #1 platform that empowers all Americans to take charge of their healthcare
🏢 About UsFounded by a former Oscar Health leader, we’re a seed-stage company with $17M in funding. We’re lucky to be backed by the founders and investors at Hugging Face, Rocket Money, Oscar Health, CaseText, Forerunner Ventures, RRE Ventures, and more. We are well-funded for the next few years.
🧭 About the RoleGranted is looking for a sharp strategic operator to work at the intersection of our two highest-leverage areas: Growth and Case Automations. This is a hybrid role for someone who's energized by moving between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution — scoping new automation opportunities one week, pressure-testing growth logic with leadership the next, and closing the loop with ops and business stakeholders throughout.
You won't own a single product surface. You'll be embedded across the work that matters most, acting as a connective layer between product, engineering, ops, and the business. Think of it as a role for someone who's done enough consulting or strategy work to know how to structure ambiguous problems fast — and enough execution work to actually drive them to resolution.
🛠 What You’ll DoScope and lead AI-driven strategic projects across growth and case automation workstreams
Translate complex operational workflows into structured, executable plans — from diagnosis through delivery
Partner with product, engineering, and SMEs to identify and prioritize high-leverage automation opportunities
Build the analytical and operational frameworks that help the team measure what's working
Serve as a key interface between execution teams and senior business stakeholders — translating between the two without losing fidelity in either direction
Drive cross-functional alignment on initiatives that don't fit neatly into a single team's roadmap
Must-haves:
4-7 years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or product — or some combination
A demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive them to clear outputs
Strong communication skills; you can write a crisp memo, run a stakeholder meeting, and present to leadership without needing a lot of scaffolding
Enough technical fluency to work credibly with engineering teams and understand what's hard vs. easy to build
Comfort in a fast-moving, low-process environment where you define the work as much as you execute it
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in healthcare or other complex regulated domains
Early-stage startup experience (Series B or earlier)
Background in AI / intelligent workflow products.
You came up through consulting or strategy and want to go deeper into execution at a company where the problems are genuinely hard
You're energized by work that crosses functional boundaries — you don't want to be siloed
You're comfortable being the person who brings structure to a room that doesn't have it yet
You care about the outcome, not the job title
📢 You don’t need to check every single box—if you bring the right skills and drive, we want to hear from you! 📩

Granted Insights
What We Do
Granted is the consumer-first, AI-native product that fights medical bills and helps people navigate health benefits. The U.S. healthcare system is confusing by design. Insurance coverage is opaque, benefits are hard to understand, and medical bills are often wrong. Nearly 40% of bills contain errors or are incorrectly denied, yet most people don’t have the time, expertise, or energy to challenge them or even know where to start. Insurers and providers rely on that confusion. Granted exists to change the balance of power. We use AI to turn healthcare advocacy into a product that works continuously in the background. By connecting directly to a user’s healthcare data, we help people understand their benefits, choose the right care, and fight incorrect bills and claim denials when they occur. Instead of endless phone calls and handoffs, users get clear guidance, fast answers, and an advocate that actually takes action. We go direct to consumers with an affordable product and a free tier accessible to anyone. Granted works for you, not your employer, insurance company, or healthcare providers. We support individuals and families across their entire healthcare journey, no matter their insurer, job changes, or life stage. We’re currently in stealth with strong early user satisfaction and are focused on scaling responsibly. Our goal is simple: help people save time and money, reduce stress, and feel confident navigating a system that too often works against them.
Why Work With Us
