Supports the Spine Territory Manager through territory coverage, inventory management, customer account support, and limited sales activities. Promotes and sells spinal products, develops customer relationships, meets sales goals, attends surgeries and operating room visits, participates in field calls, gathers market feedback, and maintains compliance with company and industry policies. Requires travel, including possible nights and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Supervise production operators and engineers, oversee manufacturing efficiency and standardization, ensure product quality and regulatory compliance, and lead process-improvement initiatives to reduce defects and scrap. Monitor production metrics, support audits, enforce safety and quality procedures, manage personnel, and align processes with energy and environmental commitments.

Provide intraoperative neuromonitoring (IOM) in the OR, obtain patient history, monitor and communicate neural signals to the surgical team, troubleshoot and maintain equipment, complete documentation, and comply with hospital and company policies.
