The Senior Software Engineer will develop software for surgical navigation products, lead projects, ensure performance and scalability, and work in teams using agile methods.

Lead systems engineering for Class III implantable neuromodulation systems and external accessories. Define system architecture, translate stakeholder requirements into designs, perform human factors and cybersecurity deliverables, lead system integration, verification and validation, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, high-reliability medical devices.

Provide intraoperative neuromonitoring (IOM/IONM) during surgery, consult with surgeons, monitor and label waveforms, troubleshoot equipment and protocols, maintain documentation and equipment, travel to hospitals, and adhere to compliance and company policies.
